Rain Internet Supplier worse customer service ever

Absolutely the worse service i have ever received after having Rain for over a year with NO problems actually telling everyone to get Rain as i really never had issues. Woke up on Sunday 10 September 2023 without Internet phoned to get assistance they said i must reboot, restart and Restore which i have done still nothing my 5G rooter is getting a signal by the Wifi is off and NO internet. They said on Sunday they will log it in as urgent and someone will phone me back within 24 to 48 hours. Still no phone calls phoned in on Monday late afternoon they come with the tower is off really but my UPS is on as we were having load shedding but i still had most lights on, on my rooter. Sorry i must wait and phone back again. Phoned again on Tuesday sorry they will log it again now 3 days without internet and absolutely no one phones me back to sort out the problem. The WiFi was good until i had an issue. I will cancel my rain now as this is not Customer Service at all! Sad that they can go from good to being the worse customer service company anyone has seen. I will never recommend anyone to get Rain internet again absolutely shocking non Customer Service.

POSITIVE??? Is there something wrong with the person typing this??? i have not had a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AT ALL. It has been 3 days without internet NO one getting back to me logged tickets nothing. Is this an actual JOKE?? WOW had to read your reply twice. NO SERVICE AT ALL! Please read my REVIEW AGAIN SLOWLY

Funny how rain Privately ask you for your Information which you then supply and then gone nothing NO assistance Nothing this is Day 4 without internet phoning constantly to get help assistance anything and the Customer service people just say sorry we have limited resources and can only escalate and ask that i be contacted urgently and still nothing NO calls NO internet and NO help at all but i was expected to pay and the money was deducted off my account. I still have NO internet and not even a call. And if 1 person is going to tell me again its the tower i will loose it NO IT IS NOT THE TOWER MY ROOTER IS PICKING UP THE SIGNAL MY WIFI LIGHT IS OFF MEANING I AM NOT GETTING INTERNET FROM RAIN. Does anyone know who i can phone contact to get this sorted out i mean i have to work from home but now have to buy data after i already spend money on my internet. Pathetic service delivery. I will not recommend Rain to anyone stay as far away as you can yes you get the rooter and in the beginning all goes well until there is a problem you are then *****ed they do not have a support center to deal with these issues rather go to a more reputable company that HAS SUPPORT.
