Rain Internet super slow!

Ever since lockdown started my internet speeds are super slow ( 0.4mb down and 0.2mb up). This is now a week later and still same problem. I can't log a call because I'm 150 in queue where it goes down to about 80 then it starts over. I have send multiple emails where they said they will respond in 24 - 48 hours which obviously is not happening. I'm just wondering didn't our President say that internet will be high priority because people need to work from home? Currently I can't do anything with this speeds! Absolutely disgusting!
