RAIN INTERNET SUCKS

Internet connection stopped. I phoned in they said a tower was faulty. They connected me to another tower still now internet. 5 days later tower was still not fixed. In the 2 months of subscription internet disconnection and speed dropping was often at least once a day. I would not advise anyone to join them despite their reasonable price. Guess thats why they are slightly cheaper than other providers. Oh and the consultant i was speaking to on the 5th day actually ignored me on the phone. I had to cut the call and call back.
