Rain internet sucks

Iam disappointed with your serivice. I have no internet service for a month now and every time i contacted Rain they said that they will escalate the matter. Up until today they still have not sent a technican out. It is New Years Eve and we have no internet an unable to connect with family. The moment there is fibre in the neighborhood i will convert. Your service sucks and i will never recommend you guys.
