Rain internet still not working

Good day previously we had problems with our internet and was unable to do our work for 8 days due to speeds less than 1mb after complaining for days Rain finally send someone to fix it. What they did was install a ZTE router on the outside on top of the roof , it worked for a few days now we are back to the same problem Download speed 1.65 mb Upload 0.52 mb this is unacceptable Rain we pay our internet every month why cant we get what we pay for. Please send someone ASAP to come and sort out this mess
