Rain internet speed is very low

Rain ISP is not keeping its promise and their service is becoming terrible. My 5G is giving me about 15-30 Mbps download speed when I was promised 50 Mbps on Unlimited home 5G standard account.

When you log a query they don't return a call anymore.
