Rain internet speed dropped to the ground

Pay for a service which I have to report every month. Slow internet connection. Before lockdown my internet speed was over 20mbps. Since the lockdown started I started experiencing slow connection due to more customers obviously. Now you give us less than 1mbps internet speed. I have to tweet about this every single month.
