Rain Internet spamming
Do not start any communication with Rain unless you want them to spam you with the same irritating survey, over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. Even after sending them mails and phoning, it still shows up over and over again.

This is the title of the mail: "Request #***2: How would you rate the support you received?"
It redirects you to a quick survey, which would be fine if I did not get the same thing the whole time.
I was about to sign up with Rain today, but now I am shopping for alternative service providers.
