Rain Internet slow as a Snail!

I got my new router, say 2 days after placing the order, which I thought was really good service. On the first day of using the router I complained about slow 3MB download, and 1MB upload speed. They said they will reply in 48 hours, it is now 4 days, and no reply. We get 4 bars of 5G signal, so I don't know why the speed is so slow, unless the network is just very poor? Promising fast 5G speed and getting dial up speeds! Wed, Jun 24, 1:04 PM (4 days ago) A rain agent will respond to your query within 24-48 hours. Your reference number is ***.

The internet is so slow it is barely usable - please see attached internet test screen capture. 1.18MB download and 0.14MB upload speed.

I hope the technician that will be sent out soon to solve our problem, otherwise I would rather return the router and find another service provider.

They sorted out the internet with a new outdoor router. Internet speed is now up to 224Mb download!
