Rain Internet sim activation and follow up very poor
Very disappointed. After 2 referrals about how fast and efficient they are with set up and that their website promises sim activation within 2 hours of delivery, here I sit several hours later, still no sim activation and no one to phone, no numbers listed on their website and after sending 2 emails, still no response to my request for follow up and assistance. Website not very user friendly, jusy get a runaround. Not impressed at all so fsr.

We are currently in the process of upgrading our systems so I am unable to assist you at this point, our system upgrade takes about 24 to 72 hours.

04 Feb 2021, 18:20I wanted to update my rating or write a new one, but seems I can't, but to say to all other disgruntled people out there, seems they are genuinely trying to get through the unusual amount of orders they received this last week and to be patient, they came through for me and will for you too. My faith in Rain has been restored. Thanks Rain team who assisted me in getting my sim sorted. After speaking to them, they sorted me out in the time frame they promised. Sim activated and all running smoothly so far.
