Rain Internet - shocking

Worst service ever. So easy to sign up, but impossible to cancel or get a refund. I have been on emails, whatsapps, phone calls for months, AFTER I gave a month's notice of discontinuing, and the only way to get them to stop debiting my account, was to change my banking details. You cannot delete your account details online and it keeps saying next debit order is.... They still owe me money, but I am at least happy to be away from them. Service is terrible, internet is terrible. Do not recommend to anyone to sign up.
