Rain Internet services (pay as you go)

Rain (internet) claims when you join them you can cancel their services anytime you want. I used Rain for the past 5 years because I had no other option. last month I called them to cancel my service and at first they said they couldn’t help me I must download the app and cancel it myself. After some heated debate, they then said to me their cancelling it.

A few hours later a lady called trying to convince me to keep the sim card and I refused and told her I did not want to keep the sim card. She then dropped the phone on my ears.

I called again and spoke to a guy called Pendy and he then gave me a reference number to prove that my account had been stopped (ref ***7). Yesterday on 02/04/2024 Rain deducted my money again for the internet. My frustration is that this is not a debut order it's a card payment you can't reverse the money back. Rain knows this, and if you call them and tell them you want to cancel service they will transfer you from one person to another. Their people a trained to ignore this kind of call.

I want them to return my money, I don't want to use any of their services anymore in the future.
