RAIN INTERNET SERVICES ********** DEBIT ORDERS

I cancelled my sim card with rain in May of 2021 I did not do this online as I was not sure of the process but informed rain I am using the service ,they then deducted end June 2021 and confirmed this is my last payment.My money was then again deducted end July as RAIN (PATHETIC INTERNET COVERAGE)confims the sim was not cancelled although there was numerous emails and there was definitely no usage as I now have fibre. THABO stated JUNE 2021 WAS MY LAST PAYMENT NEELAN HARRIS THEN STATES IF THE SIM WAS IN USE IT WILL BE DEDUCTED I THEN CONFIRM AS WITH PREVIOUS COMMS IT WAS NOT THE RAIN AGENT NEELAN HARRIS THEN RESPONDS IT WAS ACTIVE SO IT MUST BE PAID????? CONTRADICTORY I have been requesting a call back by a manager but still no feedback numerous agents are copied in my comms ,just pay back my damn money the internet coverage sucks and I really don't recommend it
