Rain Internet services

I wrote a review last week Rain responded by asking for my details which I sent them to date the service provider haven't contacted me either email or phone call. I lost my R479 just like that. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone few people I have told about my experience they had bad experience too. All I want it's a refund or a simcard to be delivered to my adress.
