Rain Internet Services.

It is shocking how rain internet services still operates in South Africa.They don't answer calls,they don't fix what they say they going to fix,you call numerous times,they call and put you on hold when they eventually answer after a couple days and then you in hold till your airtime is done or fed,they even put the phone down when they hear its customer service related.This is the worst company I've dealt with by far.What can be done to remove them or get them to provide what they so falsely say they can do or provide.
