RAIN internet service .....WHAT SERVICE

I have had constant problems with speeds . I am lucky if i get 1mbps. When I first took it out I had just under 10 and now lucky if 1mbps. They have no customer service so dont try contact them because there is no number and they do not get back to you if you lodge a error . I have emailed about 20 times and have never recieved any feedback . I would rather go back to Telkom than stay with Rain . That's saying a lot for the service you receive. Rather do without than waste your money with RAIN . They should save money on advertising and spend it on buying a phone to deal with customers .
