Rain internet service Unlimited 4G

Day 1 of ordering my Rain Unlimited 4G SIM card. Their website assured me that I have full coverage in my area. Up to 10mbps. Day 2 - Positive - I received Rain SIM card. Very quick as well after I've ordered it the previous day. Negative - speed test show my speed at 0.06 download speed and 0.74 upload speed. I logged a query and they simply rep**** that it is a natural phenomenon that the signal is weak and blame it on the COVID-19 situation.

Day 3 - Positive - I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and waiting patiently for the signal to better and testing it at every corner of my house and garden. Negative - still poor signal and the connection drops continuously.

As a consumer, I'll use it for another 2 days (but it is barely working as it is advertised on their website) and then I'll have to request a refund. I can't pay for something which is not working. That is simply ludicrous.

Rather not sell the service if it is not working to it's potential. I think it is only fair.
