Rain Internet service. The worst provider ever

We live in Waverley, Pretoria. The reception is the worst I have ever had. We loose connection every 15 minutes, have to reboot and so it goes on for 7 days a week. All my settings are on the lowest possible. They advertise unlimited Internet but should call it Non existing internet instead. I have called and complained but nothing came from it.
