Rain Internet Service Providers Support VERY BAD

About 2 weeks ago the coverage to George Industria just stopped and the "No Service" appeared. On restarting the devise, the signal started at 5 bars and in less than 2 minutes it lost all connection and again "No Service"( have a video as proof). Contacted Rain and the first response "Lets change the Sim card". No this isn't the problem as when at home I have between 2 and 3 signal strength, go to town and my signal is 4-5 (also videos available). If it is the Sim card then surely it will do the same in the entire George area. The only reply I keep getting is "Change the Sim" card - Why cant they determine what the actual problem is? In my opinion, ITS NOT THE SIM. Two days ago I logged another support and haven't heard anything from them since.
