Rain internet service providers bad after sales support

As per my earlier post, Rain will only send an apology and forget about you. Their support service is from the bottom draw or non existent. I have sent many emails and requests to their support service and nothing has happened. It’s been a week almost since my first request for them to contact me. Let’s see how long more before they actually respond. Pointless having a sim that does not work.
