Rain Internet Service Providers are the worst! Do not buy from them! EVER!

I have purchased a sim card with rain for the price of 480 rands. I have not been able to connect ever since I have received the sim card. The consultants are unprofessional shouting people. I cannot believe it! I want to cancel this terrible service and receive my money back. Not once did I connect to the internet.

It is worse because I am told that the tower I am connecting to has alarms. The best thing the rain people do is escalate things. To who? or when the problems will be resolved is something they do not know. Utter ******* of a service provider!

Rain people, take your sim card and give me my money BACK! This is clearly not meant to be... I will not pay to have no internet connection with you! Why don't you guys just cancel this whole clown show even? So disappointing!
