Rain Internet Service providers are *******s!

If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys add monies on people's accounts and from there expect you to pay it without hesitation. They stop your services immediately when theres an oustanding amount and turn around claiming they connected your service and expect you to pay for not using anything.There's not once where I got a call from a service agent and received help. If you thought about it.Do not ever use rain ,the network is terrible but worst of all their *******s. Suhaifa Sheik was not helpfull at all she kept on insisting that their services was connected while I the user am very sure it was not! Terrible conncetion and clueless service agents.After months I really regret why I even started using these guys.Do yourself a favour and just take out a contract somewhere.Saves you money and less trouble.
