Rain internet service providers are heartless,unprofessional and they only care about the clients money.

Since the 1st, I paid and activated my 4G simcard for 476.00 with rain,my simcard does not work till today I sent them 2 emails but they have not responded till today. I thought that I will be able to to use cheaper data since I'm working g from home unfortunately these vultures took my money and I still have to buy data for myself and my kids.
