Rain internet Service Provider - WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

I am very frustrated with the support servicing with Rain, i have been unable to connect to my internet for over a week and have been looking for someone to direct me to the correct platform. I now have decided to take the 'spread the word' approach, i'm so very disappointed in the customer service.

Very easy to sign up but impossible to find assistance.
