Rain Internet Service Provider won't cancel my subscription

I have been trying to cancel the subscription from this service provider as from October 2022 and they are still debiting my account. I even now try to make sure that there are no funds in my account as they do not want to stop. I spoke to them again last month and they promised to cancel the subscription within 24hr but I have again received an attempt to debit my account. Please cancel my subscription, I do not require your services anymore. There is no contract between us.
