RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER UTTERLY USELESS

I would just like to worn anybody that is looking at taking any internet products with the Rain service provider. I order and paid for my black Friday 5g home wi-fi as they were advertising the for month for R1 and from than on +-R529. So place my order on the 7 of November and I was told that it would take 3-5 business days for them to deliver. On the 17th of November I contacted them asking what is going on and I was told they have no way of contacting their distribution center directly they can only contact them via e-mail. I was told the matter has been escalated. On the 24th November I called again and got told the same thing. I think it is pathetic that a company advertises something, makes you pay for it no matter the amount charged and than just not deliver. I will never recommend rain to anyone and if I am asked what I think I will strongly advise against anybody using Rain internet service provider. It doesn't matter how cheap it may be it is theft when you pay for something that you never receive.
