Rain internet service provider useless

I have been struggling with Rain internet for the past 3 days now. I left messages on the rain app all it says is, it will take 24 hours to respond. I've called the customer care centre and spoke to 4 different people with no help. Rain is useless it's always buffering. You can't use too many devices at once with Rain. There customer service is useless.
