Rain internet service provider USELESS!
I made a payment on the 1st of May and rain has suspended my services, I have no internet access and can’t do my work. Been calling them numerous times, only to find a consultant who seemingly to be working from home as you can only hear noises in the background of children screaming. I have sent proof of payment so many times but to no avail. Rain is so unprofessional. Even if you check previous complaints here, they don’t even respond mxm!
