Rain internet service provider-The network that fails

Rain network service is verry poor and the support team is bad,i have sign up for a 5G since last year that never worked at all,on the coverage map network it shows 5G was supported on my area,since i have recieved the device ,i had to trottled it to 4G for it to work i have reported this a while ago and even comfirm with one of their technician that the website shows 5g coverage,They busy trying to help me configure and change the settings for almost 4 months ,untill they send a technician out then comfirm was out of range,now they promise to refund me,but that has been a mission,my ticket is been handled by new person almost everytime i call ,does not reach any resolutions and i have to explain myself over and over is been 8 months nowthey keep debiting me ,they only solution they give me is to cancel and pay for anther 4G.every time i get a new ticket number They selling false benefits to users.
