RAIN Internet Service Provider - TERRIBLE

Trying to get internet connection is a mission. i have more down time then it actually working. Their service also is TERRIBLE, you wait on the line sometimes 10 minutes before someone answers the phone and then cant assist. The email address support @rain and info@rain - also no reply

I CAN COUNT THE MINUTES WE ACTUALLY HAVE NETWORK / WORKING WIFI. what the reason now? cause on the 12th you said technical difficulties and you are working on it. SO NOW WHAT
