Rain Internet Service Provider Sucks

I have a few problems with Rain Network the worse services ever Call Centre has no feedback and I have no way of contacting Rain to ask for info as I do not have a rain account I am the technical support for client in Ceres and they keep om contacting me to as k what's up.

I have the following error on a clients in Ceres, Cape Town WC with the rain LTE Routers

It was told to the customers via your call Centre that there is cell tower that is not functioning. Does Support have a ETA on when this will be rectified as the customers is cancelling they Rain contracts as no one is giving then any feedback and or time when this is going to fixed.

Or If possible would it be possible for some one to let me know how I can force the Huawei B315 and all the other Huawei routers to connect to the other Cell Tower in town. I have a Huawei B2338-168 FDD/TD-LTE Outdoor CPE. And I would like to know how I can set it to connect to the secondary Cell Tower as at the moment the unit keeps connecting to the main unit.

I would appreciate if you are able to help so I can fix some of the problems in Ceres as I would not want to see you lose these customers. As the Customers here require new Internet ISP, as existing ISP suppliers are not reliable.
