Rain internet service provider stole my money and refused to give it back.

I never signed any agreement or contract with rain but they debited my banking account without debit order agreement after I cancelled the account with rain and refused to reverse my R479 back to my account.on the 30th May 2022 i spoke to Melody who told me that my money was reversed into my account on the 26 May 2022 .then same day I spoke to the guy by the name Kabelo who said he is a supervisor but he hang up my call after failed to back up Thanto story as he also said my money was paid back into my account on the 26th May 2022 as Melody also said the same thing.on 31th May 2022 I spoke to the manager Mofolo who told me that I won’t get back my money..*****ing my money
