Prompt to get you on board, but very terrible in service, support, and accounts. check if you can ever see any billing or accounts department details on their sites or if you can get any connection from any of their contact details or agents. You will never, and the agents protect anyone contacting them. technicians don't come out, if they do, that's when you threaten to cancel the subscription. I canceled my subscription but they still attempt to debit the amount, this is still not resolved because their system does not work and one can never get hold of anyone anymore. Mr. Willem Roos, or Mr. Brendon Leigh, or whoever is the CEO now, Your business is in shambles, I don't understand how you even have the nerve to try and grow your business with gaming when you don't even have service provision, poor support or customer care, and billing contact details kept a secret from your own customers whom you want their hard-earned money from for no service or poor service. You are trying to build a roof when your foundation and the building collapsing. Rain doesn't even deserve one star. Please resolve my issue, I want nothing to do with you anymore. you have left a bitter taste in my mouth about you.
