Rain internet service provider ******** customers

I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the poor customer experience I am receiving from rain I paid for the 4G package that comes standard with no device you only receive a SIM card and unlimited data for R479 I have only 24hours since activating my SIM card and changing the apn settings but I have no connection to the network and no internet so exactly what did I pay for I logged my call about 12 hours ago my issue has not been resolved I also did not receive an after sales call to me this is theft.
