Rain Internet Service Provider really is a bad service provider and *******
On the 20th November I cancelled my Rain account as i had a fibre installed at my home. on the 15th December they debited on my account the full amount then I contact rain via their app to cancel again, they send me an email stating that their consultant will contact me but to no avail i tried again on the 6th january but Rain deducted again on the 15th January whilst their network is a month not been utilized or connected.

17 Jan 2022, 18:12Really I paid before using the service and can you kindly check your tickets for my cancellation. Then why debit for January whilst i cancelled even before using december but fine maybe that will bring more nice reviews and customers as thats how rai operates.
