Rain Internet Service Provider provide no service

My wifi has not been working since 24-03-2021 and called Rain to query. The lady tells me that they have logged a query and will call me back. No call back and when I call them back again I get the same response. There is no customer complaints department as I was told by the operator and they will respond to me via email. How do I receive my email if the wifi is not working. Totally poor and nonexistent customer service.
