RAIN Internet Service Provider Problems

It's been three weeks that I've been struggling with Rain to fix my internet connection. A Gugu person from their team emailed me and asked a few technical questions which I answered immediately, and the following day she rep**** that evertything is fixed. But it wasn't. She did not give any information. When I started with Rain as my internet Service provider, I was impressed. But now I can't even stream any time of the day, and the phone keeps ringing for five minutes before I just cut the call. I am going to cancel my service soon.
