Rain Internet service provider problem

Rain is off for the whole day in Riviera Pretoria. It sucks that you cannot like in the past send an email to them reporting the problem! I work from home and this is really ridiculous. They must get their act together and send put communication if they know there is a problem with their network. Communication is the key to a successful business!! NO RAIN YOU SUCK!!!!!!!
