Rain Internet Service Provider - Pathetic!!!!!!!
Yet again, Pathetic billing and service from Rain Internet Service Provider. Another R699 has been taken off as a purchase from my card when I cancelled this ****py service 2 months ago. A team of 3 Employees from Rain had collected the Router as well in July already but still no cancellation. There are no contact number for me to call, neither is there any responses from the online contact center. Can someone please assist???

03 Sept 2020, 13:28 Another pathetic move from rain South Africa I have cancelled your useless service in June already, your team came very quickly to collect your useless 5G router with false promises that a cancellation will be logged on their side and collecting the modem was apart of the process. In August you have charged my card for R699 and and now again in September. What kind of ********* behavior is this? I have logged multiple complaints on your website, on Facebook as well as your Website. Till today I have not received any feedback with regards to a cancellation confirmation nor a date of refund. I cannot begin to imagine how many other customers are in the same place as I am. Your call center has no agents to chat to but when orders are placed for new services then everything is attended to quite fast. So it just shows that your goal is money and nothing more! Two charges of R699 had gone of my account after my service was cancelled and after your field service agents collected your router. What does it have to take a in order to get a refund??? Legal action maybe? I would like some sort of communication and support from you with regards to this urgently!
