RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER: NOT FULFILLING THE GREAT SERVICE THEY PROMISED

I have been with rain for approximately 4 months. Every month payment is made and no problems was experienced. The problem arised when rain upgraded their systems.

I made a payment on the 21st of the month. In the past it was allocated immediately and services was resumed but not this month.

As from 21st up and until today 25th they are unable to locate the payment that was made. I have logged over 30 tickets with rain to try and resolve the problem. Every time a ticket gets logged they notify you they will get back to you in 24hours. This was not happening and I had to call in more than 20 times to rain to try and resolve this issue.

Every time I call they notify me of an issue on my rain account varying from Tower problems to network problems to account problems. Nobody seemed to know what the exact problem is.

Eventually today on 25th I received a mail again telling me that my payment is not reflecting and I have already sent them proof of payment on the 23rd.

I had to go and draw a statement now from my bank and send to them. Guess what I have to wait another 24 hours for them to activate. I doubt this is going to happen.

I will not recommend anyone to use this service as they do not fulfill on the no mess no fuss commitment they make to their clients.

They simply closed the call and issue is not resolved
