RAIN Internet Service Provider NON Existent Customer service

I have reviewed RAIN on Hello Peter a few times. They are clearly not customer orientated. I pay R479 per month for uncapped internet but due to the absolute pathetic download speed they may have well just cap the service because it is unusuable. When I complain I get a reply that customer services will get back to me. They never do. All complaints are just ignored.
