Rain Internet service provider, no service provided by them and no refund paid back to me.

In December 2021 I paid Rain for 5G internet service and no 5G service was ever supp**** to me by them whatsoever. I have spent over R700 in phone calls to Rain to try and get back the money I paid them for no service supp**** to me. I have been tearing my hair out to try and get my money back from them and spoken to one person after the other at Rain and still no refund received. They will not put your through to their billing department. when you call them you get thru to a call centre so every time you call you speak to a different person. There is no walk in business for Rain where I can physically go any speak to someone about this. As soon as they had my money they treated me very badly indeed. I will pursue every avenue to get my money paid back to me and give regular feed back on this. This has truly been an aweful experience.
