Rain Internet Service Provider NO Service.
I have reported that my Rain G5 unite has stopped working and need a replacement, ***. It has been 4 days with no response from there technical department. That is disgusting service!

11 Nov 2021, 16:49Good day, I Have sent emails to 43 staff members at rain and not one goes through, But here on Hellopeter I get a response, I would like to know.... When will this happen? am I going to wait another 4 day or more before this happens. Is someone from Rain going to call and make arrangements. OR is load shedding going to be blamed for this now.

Rain Clearly not interested in customer service, I have told the Customer service agent that I feel that I should not pay for the undelivered service, she agreed. How long need I wait for this to be resolved?

22 Feb 2022, 17:09Good Day, Thank you for doing a follow up regarding this matter. That problem has been resolved. The only problem that I find is when I take the rain router on holiday, it does not pick up signal. Other than that all is OK for now.
