Rain Internet service provider is the worst

This rain Internet is damn slow and sometimes its very fast on a lucky day, what is wrong with this company, when reporting a complaint, they take forever to respond, your service is very slow, we can't watch Netflix without any interruption or freezing, assignments can't be done without rain freezing or shutting down, we reboot and reboot and reboot, this service is sadly bad now, well our monies don't freeze up when paying for the service, fix the nonsense and or we just have to go back to Telkom

Hey in the beginning it was a nice and affordable service but now it's just a pack of frustration, it sucks bad.
