Rain internet Service Provider is The Worst

No stable internet access for a over 2 weeks , can’t even load a web page at this moment, The R740 I pay gets such service and it is sad on the poor service we have to deal with in terms of Rain ,I have submitted multiple tickets no response or feedback, I have tried everything with the Wi-Fi from diagnostic, to optimising, be it there is load shedding or no load shedding the connection is **** poor in fact it is ********** and I’m still expected to pay a full sum for such horrible service , I see why people just drop them and get other service providers no customer centricity and Horrible Service , called in 4 times no response from their customer support, how do I cancel my subscription with because the service is the worst
