Rain Internet Service Provider is the worst

Rain is beyond bad, they have moved from being a legitimate business to ripping people off, The call I logged weeks back I've been told the same thing technician are working on it it's been weeks I can't connect, their download speed doesn't even reach a megabyte opening a page its a struggle it takes forever, video forgot about that, whatever you try to download its either it fails or you will wait 4 hours for a 10-megabyte file, at this point, i am just giving them my money for free as i am not getting the service.
