Rain Internet Service Provider is pathetic
Cancelled my (month to month) contract with rain, closed my bank account and switched to a new bank (better fees etc), rain got hold of my new bank details, not through me, and debited my account with the installment amount.
How did rain get hold of my new bank account details, if I did not provide my details to them????
The POPIA act is very clear about personal information.
