The Rain Internet Service Provider is conducting its business in an ********* manner. The internet costs R479 a month and they just billed me R399.17 for 10 days internet connection without a valid explanation. I have lodged numerous enquiries with regards to this and have spent an unimaginable airtime trying to reach out to them for clarity on this matter but I have been bombarded with countless reference numbers that yield no outcome. It hurts a lot when people take advantage of us and ***** our hard-earned money.
