Rain internet service provider is a ****!!!

Rain is a **** for real i’ve been waiting for their solution for the past 6 months to date nothing, they’ve over charging me and increasing my premiums without my consent and now they saying i’m owing them because I stopped paying for what they’ve been debiting on my account, this service provider has changed their employees from our SA people and hired their Somalian or Pakistanians but yeah, since then everything has taken a total 360 turn we’ve been over charged our queries are not getting attended to and so forth…
