Rain Internet Service Provider

Hi, i am very angry at Rain as i keep on calling them everyday and they dont assist me at all , i signed with rain then after i have loose my Job i stop using Rain sim , and i was owing R250 which i then again pay in Feb 2022 to my surprise the sim card was only using Facebook and WhatsApp only i could not access ant website i then called to complain they said that the y will log a call and call me, they never call me .i then called them to follow up nothing was done, the end of Feb i didn't pay for march i stopped again using the sim , so now Rain is sending debit order in my account i have -R200 charges in my account and the again they debited R250.00 and R682.70 on the 04-Aug-2022 which i called them and complain they said that they will refund me and again to cancel the simcard , but still today no refund was received and they are still submitting debit order till today . i want my money back including the bank charges .
